  3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees. Last-minute cancellations may be charged in full.

  4. Customers must ensure that the pool and spa area is accessible on the scheduled service date. Inaccessible areas will result in rescheduling and may incur fees.

  5. Our technicians will take all necessary precautions to avoid damage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage caused by external factors.

  6. Customers must notify us immediately of any problems following a service. We will address issues reported within 24 hours without additional charges.

  7. We reserve the right to modify or terminate services if unsafe conditions are detected. Safety is our priority.

  8. By using our services, customers consent to our privacy policy and the collection of necessary information for service delivery.
